Create an entire brand from scratch and a fresh campaign for team at Wallacea Living. One that educates people about the relatively new category of Independent Retirement Communities and encapsulates the insight that ‘Quality of time is the most valuable currency to our target market.’

The creative.

‘The time of your later life.’ At Wallacea Living is a new kind of luxury independent living with your wellbeing at its heart and all you need to make later life the time of your life.

The results.

Since its launch in 2023, the campaign has helped nurture a vibrant new community of like-minded people in their later life.

The fancy new building just behind Paddington Basin is set to be finished in 2026 – but we’ve still managed to help sell a few penthouses along the way.
